  • Integration data: information related to connected third-party services (calendar, etc.)

  • Data from Google Calendar (if you connect this service): list of events, titles, descriptions, times, locations, participants and associated metadata.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Management of your user account and provision of Jynova services

  • Processing your orders and managing billing

  • Improvement of our services and personalisation of your experience with AI assistants

  • Communication regarding our services, updates and promotional offers

  • Statistical analysis and audience measurement

  • Compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations

  • Operation of AI assistants and processing of your conversations

  • Analysis of your calendar events (when you connect Google Calendar) to generate personalised recommendations and action suggestions within your business.

3. Legal bases for processing

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of the contract: provision of Jynova services

  • Legitimate interest: service improvement, security, fraud prevention

  • Consent: marketing communications, non-essential cookies, integrations with third-party services

  • Legal obligation: retention of billing data, cooperation with authorities

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Account data: duration of your subscription + 3 years after termination

  • Billing data: 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations

  • Marketing data: 3 years from your last contact

  • Conversation data: duration of your subscription + 1 year after termination (unless request for deletion)

  • Cookies: maximum 13 months

5. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. However, we may share your data with:

  • Service providers: hosting (e.g. Supabase), payment (e.g. Paddle), customer support, AI services (e.g. OpenAI) acting as technical subcontractors on our behalf.

  • Integration services: when you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, etc.), we access the necessary data via Google APIs in accordance with the permissions you grant.

  • Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights.

  • Partners: only with your explicit consent.

Regarding data from Google APIs (Google Calendar), our use is strictly limited to providing and enhancing the features visible in the Jynova interface (dashboard, summaries, recommendations).

8. Use of Google APIs (Google Calendar)

When you connect your Google account to Jynova, we may access certain data from your account via Google APIs, including:

  • Google Calendar: read-only access to your events (titles, descriptions, times, locations, participants, metadata) to display your appointments and generate recommendations related to your schedule.

This data is:

  • processed solely for features visible in Jynova (dashboard, AI assistants, summaries);

  • potentially transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to analyze content and generate recommendations for you;

  • retained for a limited time necessary for providing the service and in accordance with this policy.

Our use of the information received from Google Calendar APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the "Limited Use" requirements. We do not use this data for targeted advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow our providers (including OpenAI) to exploit it for purposes other than providing the Jynova service.

10. International transfers

Your data may be transferred and processed in countries outside the European Union. In this case, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

This includes certain of our AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) and Google services when you connect your Google accounts to Jynova.
