Terms and conditions of use

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Jynova platform, published by JYNHOLD. By accessing our platform, you fully accept these terms.

1. Purpose

Jynova is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage specialised AI assistants for their internal operations. These ToU define the rights and obligations of the users of the platform.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using Jynova implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToU. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

3. Registration and User Account

To use Jynova, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • The confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities carried out under your account

  • Immediate notification in case of unauthorised use of your account

  • The accuracy and updating of your personal information

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Services Offered

Jynova offers the following services:

  • Access to specialised AI assistants by business area (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.)

  • Interactive conversations with assistants via chat interface

  • Document management and integrations with external services

  • Analysis and tracking of interactions with assistants

  • Personalisation and configuration of assistants according to your needs

  • Integrations with third-party services (calendar, etc.)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jynova for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent or malicious activities

  • The transmission of harmful or offensive content

  • The violation of intellectual property rights

  • Interference with or disruption of the platform

  • Unauthorised collection of user data

  • Spam or unsolicited marketing

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Jynova platform, including the source code, designs, logos and documentation, are the exclusive property of JYNHOLD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform. You retain all rights to the content you create via Jynova.

7. Pricing and Payment

Jynova offers several subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features

  • Paid Plans: Full access according to the chosen tier

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. All prices are excluding taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer for Enterprise plans.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of:

  • Violation of these ToU

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Non-payment of subscription fees

  • Abusive behaviour towards our teams

In case of termination, your access to the platform and your data will be immediately revoked. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a service availability of 99.9%. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may lead to temporary service interruptions. We will inform you in advance for scheduled maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

JYNHOLD shall not be liable for: (i) indirect damages, (ii) loss of revenue or data, (iii) actions by third parties, (iv) unauthorised use of your account. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

11. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable regulations (GDPR). Your data is stored securely and we implement best security practices.

12. Changes to the ToU

We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time. Changes will be notified by email and/or via the platform. Your continued use of Jynova after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In accordance with consumer protection regulations and Paddle requirements, Jynova applies the following refund conditions:

  • Users benefit from a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription.

  • Refunds apply only to the first billing period (monthly or annually).

  • Renewals or subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.

  • To request a refund, users must contact our support team at admin@jynhold.fr within 14 days.

  • In case of cancellation, access to the platform remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless a refund is issued.

  • This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Starter, Growth, and Enterprise.
